A marketable interior with long-term value

Our Luxury Vinyl Tiles feature throughout Vita Living Apartments. Upon completion of the development, more than 50,000 m² of Belgian-made Luxury Vinyl Tiles will be installed throughout living areas, corridors and amenity areas.

Following on from four other successfully completed projects, Vita Living’s own development team selected a range of authentic Luxury Vinyl Tiles that utilise a performance 0.55 mm wear layer construction designed for commercial environments - an ideal balance between a design that creates a marketable interior and a finish that delivers excellent long-term value.

High-quality living and superb amenities

For apartment living areas and bathrooms, Moduleo Woods was chosen to provide a home-like feel, while Moduleo Tiles and Moduleo Expressive were selected for amenity areas. Creating a stand-out feature around lift areas, Vita Living’s development team opted for Moods in a small herringbone laying pattern.

Made in Belgium for assured quality

Moduleo features 50% recycled content from Moduleo’s in-house recycling facility and is made with renewable energy from the manufacturer’s own wind turbines. All raw materials are sourced from a 100% European supply chain for assured quality.

Installed by Active Flooring, the project demonstrates the ability of Moduleo to meet the service demands of large-scale projects.
